The more valuable a document, the greater the perceived rewards for those who wish to seek financial gain from duplicating those documents. Despite the use of advanced printing techniques, fraudsters continue to become more sophisticated in their operations, and still manage to pass off their fake documents as the real thing, costing organisations thousands.
As convincing as some fake documents may look to the untrained eye, one thing the counterfeiters will struggle to reproduce is our specially developed numbering solutions, that can only be validated with the appropriate software supplied by A1. We can provide this in the format best suited to your needs in the field – an app based software solution could be ideal for some, but in areas with poor signals, then a PC desktop solution may be more appropriate.
We have created a variety of number designs that actively prevent tampering. These designs are very difficult to reproduce, and contain features that can only be verified using a specially designed app.
Number Validation
A1 Tamper Evident Numbering
This numbering style includes a combination of Valley numbering and Nuvelle numbering, a selection of which are highlighted in black according to a check digit algorithm. By entering the main number into our specially designed app, you can view and confirm which numbers should be highlighted.
A1 Safe Cheque Numbering
This consists of two different sequences of letters that use two different check digit calculations based on the serial number. The letters are designed in the style of a safe lock, and the sequence starts in a different place for each variation of the serial number. Again this number is easily verifiable by entering the number into our app.
Certificate Verification Solution
By scanning a unique QR Code on a certificate into an app, it is possible to view the candidates results online. This can be used externally to verify the content of an exam certificate and ensure that it has not been altered.
Veri Secure App
VeriSecure is a restricted smartphone App that unlocks encrypted QR Codes to verify the
authenticity of a document. Encrypted QR Codes are highly secure and cannot be faked or tampered
with.
